Chili Ristras :)

mexican food :)

oh yeah... today was the day.. :)

the day for cooking mexican food.

put a big red habanero and some jalapenos in a pot with minced beef, black pepper, tabasco, olive oil, little sugar, salt, red, yellow and green bell peppers, sliced tomatoes, corn, and cooked for about 30 minutes.

then filled it in flour enchiladas.

sour cream on top

and cheese

and you got the world in your hands.. sorry, stomach.

best food i had for SOME weeks. aroma. and the habaneros make your body feel like and angry moe sizlack and 1^99 ants in one all over and from the inside. best thing in life right after real good lasagna i guess. :)

here another shot from some habaneros in orange state

and the smallest smallest habanero in my homegrown collection so far. not even 2 cm big, but was hot as hell, i shouldn't have done that :)
